Please quit Chrome and verify that no chrome.exe processes are left behind. Does the problem persist even when you do this? Could you attach %TEMP%\chrome_installer.log for analysis?

Closing this out. The issue mentioned in comments 1, 3, and 4 are a dup of issue 592040 , which has long since been fixed. The original poster's issue is unrelated. OP: Feel free to re-open if you experience this again and we'll do what we can to get to the bottom of the underlying issue. Thanks. |
