Steps : 
1. Launch Chrome, go to chrome://tracing, click on ‘Record’ button on LHS and record some activities.
2. After recording, click on ‘M’ (Metadata) button.
3. Now select any line of text from ‘Value’ section and right click on that selected text.
4. Once the ‘Context Menu’ is appeared, rapidly right click twice on some other text and observe.

Actual : Context menu does not appear after rapidly right clicking on text in Tracing ‘Metadata’.
Expected : Context menu should appear in Tracing metadata.
 
This is a non-regression issue seen from 'M-46’ (build : 46.0.2464.0) as this is the new feature.
