Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.when i download the extension from the chrome store, there is the network error displayed on the monitor. 2. it displayed that "network failed" 3. What is the expected behavior? i want to download the extension any how. What went wrong? not install any extension in my chrome browser WebStore page: all the software Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0 i can't surfing without the extension...plz solve my problem.

Thanks for the report. I am unable to reproduce the above issue on Windows 10 with chrome version '49.0.2623.75' & '50.0.2657.0', able to install sticky note and other extension without any issue. I would request you to please try the above issue by creating a new user from chrome://settings ? I really appreciate your help. Thank you!

Closing the issue as there is no user update on this and as issue is not reproducible from our end. This was probably a N/w issue. Feel free to file a new issue if you encounter such issues in future as well. Please include the net log as well as per https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details |
