Search box shows another rectangular box with in the search in http:https://www.w3.org/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to http:https://www.w3.org/
2.Go to search box and type some text then observe.


What is the expected output? 
Search box should not show the another rectangular box with in it.

What do you see instead?
Search box shows another rectangular box with in the search.[Refer the snap shot]

This is a non regression issue seen the same behaviour M33: 33.0.1750.149-1

Issue is seen in Windows also 
Note: Issue is seen in M51: 51.0.2665.0 Dev channel

This isn't a bug, as far as I can tell. The site uses a input form inside a div, and we are simply showing the focus rect on the input form.

Firefox looks even worse.

Agreed, this is a site problem where they assume that the browser will not show a focus outline.
