Issue descriptionChrome Version: 50.0.2661.14 Revision c6bd6394a1dce112a7cff87339494d6850b0dfd7-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#74} OS: All(Win-7 Aero Enabled) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,open dev tools window and click on 'Toggle device mode' icon. 2. Click on height or width text box, then reload the page and click on any drop down list present on device toolbar. 3. Observe Unnecessary focus ring is seen on height or width text box after clicking on drop down. No such focus ring should seen on height or width text box.
