adb_host: Collect logs

Replace the sysinfo collection for adb_host to use logcat and adb bug report.

Do you want to just attach ACTS's android_device.AndroidDevice into adb_host as a mixin? This way you get accesses to sl4a, adb, adb log, bugreport, and unit tests for free.

No mixins please. Delegation is always better.  We do need this behavior though when we start running tests in the lab.

Do we have a copy of these utilities in autotest somewhere?  I'm all for not rewriting everything.
