Issue descriptionAll tests with device affinity 4 are failing on Nexus 9 Perf (1) due to a device blacklist. Can someone please check on the device? 10 tests are consistently not running on the N9 performance waterfall because of this device being blacklisted. The Perf Sheriff guide indicates that failing devices should be pri 1. Device HT4B7JT01480 was powered off. Powered it back up but it would not boot. Performed a factory reset & it came up. Restored keys. Why it was powered off, I dunno.
