Icon of the extension, which was hided from chrome menu, showed if other extension with icon was deleted.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enter chrome browser. 2. On extension bar click on any extension by the right button of the mouse and choose 'Hide in chrome menu'. 3. Click on other extension icon in this bar by right button of the mouse and choose 'Remove from chrome'. What is the expected behavior? Extension will be deleted, icon disappears and bar becomes smaller. What went wrong? The icon of previously hidden extension displayed. Did this work before? Yes It worked on chrome v.48 Chrome version: 49.0.2623.75 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 using chrome latest stable M49-49.0.2623.75 by following steps mentioned in the above comment. Observed the hidden extension is no where reappearing after deleting the other extension from chrome menu. gsn.adm@ -Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings.
