As cryptohome has evolved, it has attained more functionality than originally planned.  Refactor per issue 235225.

The attestation package (currently used only by jetstream) contains much of the attestation enrollment and Certifiable Key creation code currently duplicated in cryptohome.

Let's remove as much of the attestation code from cryptohome and migrate clients to attestationd of the attestation package.
A first step might be to simply bounce the dbus requests to attestationd.
