OS: All (Win 7 Aero-Enabled).

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.google.co.in/maps/@15.2084758,46.3039963,3z?hl=en
2. Give print command i.e. Ctrl+P on the page and select the 'Simplify page' option
3. Click on 'Terms', 'Privacy' link and observe.

Actual: Hyperlinks does not navigate to other page.

Expected: Hyperlinks should navigate and open in other Tab.

This is a non-regression issue seen from M-48 series, 'Simplify page' option is introduced from this series.
