Don't use Blink>UI.

Components: Blink>Fonts
Adding Blink>Fonts speculatively, might need a few more bounces before it finds the right label.

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
Mark WontFix, since this is subpixel issue.

Firefox uses ceil()==towrad right, and Chrome uses floor()==toward left,

Add Blink>Layout, since caret rectangle is calculate by LayoutObject::localCaretRect(inlineBox, offset)

Minimal repro URI:
data:text/html,<input style="text-align: right; font-family: monospace" value="uuu">
