What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to above URL, middle click on the link in PDF and observe.

Nothing happens on middle click.

On middle click, the hyperlink should open in a New tab.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0)

Note: Issue is seen on Mac and Windows OS, will update Linux info.
