Issue descriptionApplication Version: Chrome Dev 50.0.2661.13 Android Build Number: 5.0.1 / LRX22C Device: Samsung Galaxy S4 Precondition: 1.Offline pages flag should be enabled 2.At least one page should be saved offline 3.Add to Home screen any site to create Web App Ex. vimeo.com Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome & force stop it from recent apps 2.Turn off internet 3.Launch vimeo web app > Tap on 'SHOW ALL SAVED PAGES' > Tap on saved offline page 4.Close all tabs > minimize chrome 5.Repeat step 3 > Observe Observed behavior: Unable to open saved offline page Expected behavior: User should able to open saved Offline page Frequency: <5/5> Additional comments: 1.This issue present on all builds of M49,50 2.This issue is not reproducible in Merge tabs and apps mode 3.This issue is reproducible on Samsung Galaxy S4(5.0.1/LRX22C),Moto g2(5.0.2/LXB22),Spice Mi-498(6.0.0/MRA58M),Karbonn Sparkle V(5.1.1/LMY47V),Nexus 7(5.1.1/LMY48T),Nexus 9(6.0.1/MMB29S),Micromax Canvas A1(6.0.1/MMB29Q)

The video shows clearly that the offline page was opened after the web app failed to load. Only the second round failed. Leaving this for next weeks triage.

Not able to reproduce this issue on trunk. Also, the page actually opened. Does not meet the bar to merge in M50 (in case it is actually there) |
