Issue descriptionChrome Version: 50.0.2661.11 (Official Build) d99fa8d200178bce07b02a15d79512e7236088ee-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#51} 32/64-bit OS: All(Win 7-Aero Enabled) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, go to chrome://tracing page and click on ‘Record’ button. 2. Record the traces by clicking on ‘Record’ and ’Stop’ button. 3. Click on ‘File Size Stats’ on tab strip and close ‘Event Type’ and ’Title’ tabs on toolbar. 4. Now resize the browser window from LHS to RHS and observe the ‘Add another’ drop-down box. 'Add another’ drop down box is seen out side of ‘File Size Stats’ window. 'Add another’ drop down box should not seen out side of ‘File Size Stats’ window. This is a regression issue, broken in M-50 series, below is bisect info. A friendly reminder that M50 Stable is launching soon! Your bug is labelled as Stable ReleaseBlock, pls make sure to land the fix and get it merged into the release branch by Apr-5. All changes MUST be merged into the release branch by 5pm on Apr-8 to make into the desktop Stable final build cut. Thanks!
