What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached testcase on android which is just an empty page with a gradient background.
2. Record a devtools timeline with screenshots
3. Click on the second raster task.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The second raster task looks like a vertical line in the middle of the screen. I think this should be the rightmost tile (but I'm not sure).
