Feature description:
In setting up arg templates for blimp, there was no simple way to test that the resulting args were as expected. This would be helpful since not all args will be listed locally when arg templates are imported by the local args.gn file.


dpranke noted: There are variants on `gn args --list` that get close, but probably won't quite work here.
