Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Pin a few tabs
2. grab a normal tab
3. try to move it in between the pinned tabs

What is the expected behavior?
The normal tabs can be moved between pinned tabs. 

What went wrong?
You can't move the normal tabs between the pinned tabs.

Did this work before? No

I'd really find this a good idea, so people could sort their tabs normally. Example: Have a pinned youtube tab, open an other one, put it next to the other.
