Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/yv6dkjy6/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open fiddle https://jsfiddle.net/yv6dkjy6/ 2. check on firefox too for comparison 3. What is the expected behavior? All the 6 samples should look like they do in Firefox throughout the entire animation, without stuttering nor excessive blur. What went wrong? Possibly something that has to do with image scaling at particular background-position/size combinations. Attached an image of what i see, also see it here https://i.imgur.com/KCZfq0Z.png just in case. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

This is potentially yet another case of our new compositor based image caching code causing problems with background images animating. I'll look into it to verify that it's the same cause, rather than stuttering animation.
