Image not resized horizontaly when container is resized by adding css class with javascript

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 48.0.2564.116 (64-bit) (Max OS X) URLs (if applicable) : https://jsfiddle.net/39ry9jvg/ Other browsers tested: Chromium 48.0.2564.116 (64-bit) UBUNTU 14.04 Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Not tested Firefox: Work as expected IE: Not tested What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open my link on jsfiddle 2. click "Resize" link What is the expected result? image should be resized horizontaly and verticaly What happens instead? image is resized vertically but not horizontally Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. I've tested to edit css properties of my container with chromium developper tool : if you uncheck 'max-width: 300px' and check this again, image is correctly resized

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.4 using chrome version 50.0.2661.94 and canary 52.0.2725.0. This is regression issue broken in M27.seeing some of the builds not available in archive builds URL.Providing the bisect information with the available builds.
