Security issue

Chrome Version: [Version 48.0.2564.116 m] + [stable, beta, or dev]
Operating System: [windows 10, pro 64-bit]


Every time i open chrome for first time, opening a new page "http://winrewardstoday.com/mob/gr/lp9/1222.htm?brand=&model=&extid=NTUxOTB8MjMxNzcxfDg4fDE2NzM3NHwxNDU2OTI0OTA2fGVmNzc3OWJjLTk2NWUtNDVmOS1jNTE4LTM3NDVhNjMzZGNhZHw4OS4yMTAuNzcuMTAyfDU0ZDA3YmVmMTI1YTAyNDc3ZjBkNTMwOGY5YmQ1Yjg1&placement=55190&sxid=g2p49h0nbxk9#valid" that i have not selected or choose. Also i use an extension to retab google.gr( as homepage), but is not working

Thanks for reporting! 
It seems like your browser settings have been changed by malware or unwanted software without your notice.  I would suggest you to download and run Chrome clean up tool (https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/) . This will most likely solve your problem.  
Meanwhile, the thing you reported seems not a new venerability. I will mark the bug as "won'tfix" for triage purpose,  though please feel free to reply this bug if you need more help.
