Mac10.9Tests offline - has disk space issues

Issue description

Looks like Mac10.9Tests has disk space issues. It ran out of space here:
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.mac/builders/Mac10.9%20Tests/builds/17097

... and then next run it failed on gclient runhooks, presumably due to same error. Details for that run:
