Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.timexindia.com/
2. Hover the mouse over any 'Navigation' link (i.e. 'Corporate','media room' etc)

Actual: UI glitches is seen on the drop down.  
Expected: UI glitches should not be seen. 

This is a regression issue broken in M-41 series ,below is the narrow bisect information:
