Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/47.0.2526.106 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Export a page (from facebook) to a local resource
2. Open the local resource

What is the expected behavior?
The page should render correctly

What went wrong?
The page does not render correctly.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? No

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 47.0.2526.106 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

The exported page does render correctly in FF and IE.

This is not only a Chromium problem, it occurs also on Chrome v48 and Chrome for Canary v51.

Tested on a variety of pc's using Win 7, 8 and 10 and Win Server. Most have McAfee, one has Avast. Disabling does not change problem.

Current pc uses Avant Browser Ultimate 2016 build 2 tricore engine so I can test various browsers at the same time.
