What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I got into this state somehow in a tab on twitch.tv.
2. Press fullscreen button in Twitch UI.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Video takes up entire content area; browser chrome disappears; "Press Esc to exit fullscreen" bubble displayed.

Actual: Video takes up entire content area, but the browser chrome remains, and the fullscreen bubble is not shown.

Refreshing the page does not fix. Opening a new tab with same URL fixes. So some bad state with renderer.
