What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Join a two way successful hangout call between device Falco-li user and desktop(Linux) user
2. After few minutes of joining the hangout call, system hang was observed on device Falco-li and eventually video freezes on desktop screen

Expected result:
Audio and video should be clear on both the ends

Actual result:
System is hanging up. System hang is seen sometimes as soon as any tab is opened , sometimes after opening up some webrtc pages and sometimes while checking emails on the device.
