Device Blaze hangs up frequently

Issue description

Chrome Version: 50.0.2661.1 / 7978.2.0 dev 
Device: Blaze

Crash IDs related to system hangs:
a) Crash ID efa646f000000000 (ChromeOS)
b) Crash ID da87099800000000 (ChromeOS)
c)Crash ID 92b246f000000000 (ChromeOS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Browse to https://test.webrtc.org/manual/peer2peer/ 
2. Click screen capture and if you get an error, follow the instructions and install the extension.
2. Open the javascript console (alt+cmd+j or ctr+shift+j) and watch for any errors
3. Follow the instructions on the page
4. Observe that systems gets stuck and only mouse cursor movements are working.

Expected result:
Extension should be installed successfully

Actual result:
System is hanging up. Sometimes system hang is seen as soon as any tab is opened and sometimes after opening up some webrtc pages and sometimes while checking emails on the device.

Observed system hang on device Blaze with today's M50 dev build 50.0.2661.11 / 7978.4.0 while running WebRTC tests as mentioned in initial bug report.

Performed WebRTC tests on device Blaze with M50 version 50.0.2661.26 / 7978.13.0 dev and verified that device Blaze is not hanging between tests and working as expected.
