Audio controls in the player don't work while videos are playing

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the url.
2. Play the video.
3. Try to adjust the volume.

What is the expected behavior?
You should be able to adjust the volume.

What went wrong?
Unable to adjust the volume.

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

I think this is foxnews design issue in video customized menubar. the ontouch event is not fired when touch the menu icons. pangu@, should we reach out to foxnews.com to raise this issue?

same with more website that work fine before (regression since chrome display notification for media); hardware button to control media volume not work when video or ads start. (and response with back touch is very slow or not work. Chrome not display option to return to previous page)
