Speech Synthesis Pause/Resume Fails

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://aurelio.audero.it/demo/speech-synthesis-api-demo.html

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) Go to http://aurelio.audero.it/demo/speech-synthesis-api-demo.html
2) Enter some long text into the Text area
3) Click Speak
4) Click Pause while speaking
5) Click Resume
6) The remainder of the text is not spoken

What is the expected behavior?
Expected
The speech is resumed from where it was paused

What went wrong?
Actual
Speech is not resumed.

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

dale, I can repro this issue on Linux. it not repro on windows or mac.
can you assign to whoever owns speechSynthesis API?
