Issue description

SitePerProcessBrowserTest.SurfaceHitTestTest has sporadic timeout on linux tsan bot.

Looks like it started on Feb 26. clamy@, you made two changes on Feb 26. Can you look into this?

The changes I made this day are:
https://codereview.chromium.org/1722613002/ -> fixes a different SitePerProcessBrowserTest and nothing more.
https://codereview.chromium.org/1735123002/ -> adds a check to track down a crash in the wild. This check has nothing to do with the test failure and was not even triggered in canary (and it is going away).
So the flakyness seem unrelated to my changes. Unassigning myself from the bug.

I'm going to disable the test on TSAN bot for the time being. Please re-enable when this is fixed.

Uh, disabled tests are not fixed. See also  bug 833380 .
