JSON.stringify + JSON.parse appears to be much faster than structured cloning

Seems that structured cloning is much faster in Safari & Edge, so I assume there's something unoptimised in our implementation.

For context, structured cloning is the UA's default logic to serialize/deserialize post-message'd objects.  The blog post says just postMessage'ing objects (to let UA/V8 serialize/deserialize objects) is in general slower than sending objects after manually JSON.stringify.

sort of dup for  issue 148757 ?
