Text not displayed properly

OS: Android 6.0.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://www.google.co.th/
2. Type ไ and ํา .
3. Observe that the text is not rendered properly.

What is the expected output?
The text should be rendered as shown in the attached "expected behavior" pic. The text is cut from the top.
