Issue descriptionVersion: 50.0.2661.1 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) OS: Chrome Platform: 7978.2.0 (Official Build) dev-channel peppy What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Sign in to user>> download 1,2 images, go to gallery>> try to zoom in, out with using two finger scrolling>> and observe Expected: No flickering should be seen Actual: Instead flickering is seen This is a Regression issue as it is working fine in M38: 38.0.2125.44/6158.19.0 beta-channel daisy Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows Note: Issue is able to reproduce using 50.0.2661.1/7978.2.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Peppy, Daisy, Mighty, Gnawty as well

Fixed in M51. This does not sound like a blocker. Two finger scrolling is new so this is probably not a regression.
