Pre-condition:
1. 'Enabled as saved pages' flag should be ENABLED under chrome://flags

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome > Go to m.gsmarena.com > open any article there
2. Save the page offline by bookmarking it > Turn OFF WiFi / data now
3. Close the current tab > Open an NTP now > From Saved Offline section under bookmarks; open the offline saved article
4. Now, from Chrome wrench menu tap on 'History' option > Observe

Observed behavior: 
Offline page thumbnail is seen broken in chrome history page

Expected behavior:
Thumbnail for offline pages should always appear proper in chrome history page
