Steps : 
1. Launch Chrome and go to above url
2. Now zoom in the page to '110%' and observe under "Explore map" label in LHS of page 

Actual : Background content is seen on LHS after zoom in the page to 110%
Expected : Background content should not be seen on LHS after zoom in the page to 110%
 
This is a regression issue broken in 'M-37' and below is the manual regression and narrow bisect info.
