Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Platform: Platform 7948.0.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Boot into Chromium OS 2. Using touch drag the taskbar towards top What is the expected behavior? "Autohide Shelf" option should not be enabled What went wrong? "Autohide Shelf" option enabled automatically while dragging taskbar towards to top with finger touch Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: Chrome 50.0.2655.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: Chrome 50.0.2655.0 Flash Version: Intel_Kunimitsu.7820.36.0
