Regression : In PrintPreview, unwanted black bar is seen on Gmail 'Menu bar'.

Issue descriptionChrome version : 50.0.2661.1 b4974294a0e1e9b90ce74e367b4cc842d430b91a-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#1} 64-bit OS : All (Win 7 aero enabled) Steps : 1. Launch Chrome, open NTP, click on ‘Gmail’ link and login with valid credentials. 2. Once logged in, go to ‘Inbox’ mails and scroll down the mail list. (please refer an attachment) 3. Now give a print command using ‘Cmd P’ and observe the Print Preview. Actual : Unwanted black bar is seen on ‘Menu bar’ in Print Preview. Expected : No unwanted black bar should be seen on ‘Menu bar’ in Print Preview. This is a regression issue broken in 'M-49' and below is the manual regression and narrow bisect info: Good build : 49.0.2620.0 Bad build : 49.0.2621.0 Narrow Bisect : https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/efe8e531bbf3e7a2fa7ca82fb46d208cad9fe6cf..4b319fe9db26b7fb7fc9bb0ed00ae9717795438c?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting : r369246 from narrow bisect @chrishtr : Could you please help to reassign if your change is not the cause for this issue
