Google Chrome stopped EV treatment of Security Communication Root CA1

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit <https://repo2.secomtrust.net/ev.gif>.

What is the expected behavior?
Address bar should show the site as EV.

What went wrong?
The color of address bar is green, but the address bar does not show the site as EV.

My colleague Kamo has posted issue to start EV treament of Security Communication Root CA2.

When I tested the site, it chained up to RootCA2.
Can you capture a net-internals log that shows it chaining up to RootCA1 and not being treated as EV?
