Issue descriptionVersion: 50.0.2657.5 OS: Android This bug only repro on Android device, it NOT repro on Mac or Windows. It is not a regression caused by spitzer, it repro with spitzer enabled and disabled. Can anybody take a look? What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. navigate to http://www.ted.com 2. play any video 3. pause video by taping on it What is the expected output? the present frame serves as the image What do you see instead? the begining static image is displayed

this bug is stale for > 1 year. I'll resolve it Won't Fix. I added a label StaleClosed in case need retrieve it back later. |
