Tearing on some intel graphics linux

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open video - tearing occurs

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
My hw is Asus 1018p. Video apadter is :
Display controller: Intel Corporation Atom Processor D4xx/D5xx/N4xx/N5xx Integrated Graphics Controller
Processor: Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N475   @ 1.83GHz

Tried without composing. Tried woth several wms: compiz, xfwm, compton

Did this work before? Yes 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? Both

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

I don't repro this issue. It could be H/W related bug. 
Can you upgrade to the latest chrome dev build and try again? if you can record the behavior and upload here, it will be very helpful.

Can't reproduce in latest dev builds. All chrome labs experiments are off, also tried in incognito mode and different profiles.

But this bug is unreproducible in chromium :/

Checked "use h/w acceleration" in settings, the problem is fixed. Bug may be closed
