Update git checkout of vm609-m7

The file /Volumes/data/b/build/scripts/slave/recipe_modules/swarming/api.py 
still has `Mac-10.8` as the prefered_os_dimension, even though it was changed 5 days ago to be `Mac-10.9`:

Not sure why it isn't updating. This is the last bot still starting 10.8 swarming jobs.

It's a trooper issue, someone should ssh into and fix it manually.
