Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Browse to site with cert issued today 2/29/2016 2. Browser will not allow you to continue due to invalid date. What is the expected behavior? Browser to recognize the date, allow user to continue after security warning for self signed cert. What went wrong? Browser will not allow the connection through because it considers the date invalid. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0
