Screen Sharing in Hangouts not working.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Hangouts and start a video chat.
2. Share screen and choose Smart Notebook.
3. Try to write or use Smart Notebook in screen sharing mode.  

What is the expected behavior?
The shared screen should show me writing on Smart Notebook.

What went wrong?
The screen blacks out on the shared screen and the pen tool does not work. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

@joshua.rollins: I did not find "Smart Notebook" after sharing the screen on Hangouts.

Could you please provide us the screen-recording explaining us the procedure which would help us in triaging it further.

joshua.rollins@ : Was able to share screen and other applications like Browser,Complete screen and Notepad(typing) on Win 7 using latest stable 50.0.2661.75. Is 'Smart Notebook' a third party application you are referring to ?
