Window dimensions no longer displayed when resizing right-docked DevTools window

Issue description
Chrome Version : 49.0.2623.54
OS Version: OS X 10.11.3
URLs (if applicable) : NA
Other browsers tested: NA
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 5: NA
Firefox 4.x: NA
IE 7/8/9: NA
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open DevTools with the window docked to the right
2. Resize DevTools window by dragging left border left or right
What is the expected result?
During Step 2 above there should be a label displaying the window dimensions overlaying the top-right corner of the browser window. Screenshot of said label attached (not produced on my machine)
What happens instead of that?
No label is displayed.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Regression? Feature removal? Has been missing since the beginning of February.
