Show video URL overlay overlaps with fullscreen bubble for any video in www.facebook.com.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 51.0.2663.0 (Official Build) 5c3e3aa16e4d6f592742fff247fe2d591c170fd6-refs/heads/master@{#378159} 32/64-bit.
OS: Mac, Linux.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and login to www.facebook.com with valid credentials.
2. Hover the mouse pointer on any video and click on fullscreen icon.
3. Now rt. click to open context menu, click on ’Show video URL’ option and observe.

Show video URL overlay overlaps with fullscreen bubble.
Show video URL overlay should not overlap with fullscreen bubble.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-45 series, i.e. chrome version 45.0.2448.0

Note: This issue is not seen on Windows OS.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac and Linux. Changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue could get addressed.

Not sure what can be done here, the FS bubble goes away pretty soon, I don't think it's a big issue and can be easily fixed.
In fact, in my Linux testing, Facebook seems to not show anything when right-clicking the video in FS mode (perhaps another bug though).
