Regression: I-beam pointer is seen after clicking on 'Share your screen' option of 'Cast' overlay.

Chrome Version: 51.0.2663.0 Revision 5c3e3aa16e4d6f592742fff247fe2d591c170fd6-refs/heads/master@{#378159} -32/64 bit
OS: All (Win 7 Aero-Enabled)

Pre-condition: Enabled 'Media Router' flag from chrome://flags

Steps:
1. Launch chrome,click on 'Cast' option from wrench menu.
2. Click on 'Cast to' drop down option and then click on 'Share your screen' option under 'Select source'
3. Observe the pointer

Actual: 'I' pointer does not change to 'Arrow' pointer after clicking on 'Share your screen' option.

Expected: 'I' pointer should change to 'Arrow' pointer after clicking on 'Share your screen' option.

This is a regression issue broken in M-50, below is bisect info.

Good build: 50.0.2626.0

Bad build: 50.0.2627.0

[Media Router WebUI] Use pointer cursor on share screen text.

Currently the cursor a 'text' style cursor. Use the pointer cursor so there's no visual cue that the "Share your screen" is selectable.
