Regression: I-beam pointer is seen after clicking on 'Share your screen' option of 'Cast' overlay.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2663.0 Revision 5c3e3aa16e4d6f592742fff247fe2d591c170fd6-refs/heads/master@{#378159} -32/64 bit OS: All (Win 7 Aero-Enabled) Pre-condition: Enabled 'Media Router' flag from chrome://flags Steps: 1. Launch chrome,click on 'Cast' option from wrench menu. 2. Click on 'Cast to' drop down option and then click on 'Share your screen' option under 'Select source' 3. Observe the pointer Actual: 'I' pointer does not change to 'Arrow' pointer after clicking on 'Share your screen' option. Expected: 'I' pointer should change to 'Arrow' pointer after clicking on 'Share your screen' option. This is a regression issue broken in M-50, below is bisect info. Good build: 50.0.2626.0 Bad build: 50.0.2627.0 Narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/dcef3f353a82567ab9826d62748cb1c10bca2dfd..f7c153ad3d0af0069174f03d962b1642b8fc1d84?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r370262 ?
