Regression: [DevTools] sensors dropdown flickers on click

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2663.0 Revision 5c3e3aa16e4d6f592742fff247fe2d591c170fd6-refs/heads/master@{#378159} OS: Mac What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,open NTP and then dev tools window. 2. Navigate to 'Sensors' section in console, reload NTP and click on 'Touch' drop down, observe Weird behavior of dropdown list is seen after clicking on it. Dropdown list should open properly. This is a regression issue,broken in 'M-51',below is bisect info: Good Build: 50.0.2660.3 Bad Build: 51.0.2662.0 Narrow Bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/b2464e22db352d85f793dc4118ece83ccf0aade3..75d88a0764eab4993ff157fc26902bf8c54a1af1?pretty=fuller&n=50 Suspecting: r378125 Note: Issue is not seen for Windows and Linux OS.

Cannot repro on mac canary 51.0.2663.0. What's exactly the weird behavior you observe?

With respect to comment 2: Issue is reproducible on latest canary version 51.0.2664.0 and The weird is opening of drop down is not smooth.

I was able to repro this. You have to open Sensors by holding mouse down on drawer menu button and hovering Sensors before releasing it.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.10.5 using 51.0.2679.0.

Just to update, Issue is still able to reproduce on Mac OS 10.11.4 using chrome latest canary 51.0.2692.0 while clicking drop down under sensors section in devtools. dgozman@ Any update on this issue? Could you please look in to it. Thanks!
