What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and open 'chrome://settings'
2. Click on 'Manage Autofill settings' and fill the detail.
3. Navigate to https://mu.directverify.in/myeasydocs_directverify/directverify/dv_trn_verification.aspx and double click on 'First name',select suggestion
4. Observe.

Actual: Autofill data is not completely auto filled under some field such as ('Confirm Email-ID' and 'Mobile no')
Expected: Autofill data should be completely auto filled for all field.

This is regression issue,broken in 'M 46' and below is narrow bisect:
