Regression:Grey highlight appears on previous thumbnail even if tap/touch on other thumbnail.

OS:Windows 10 Touch device 

Precondition: Make sure thumbnails are present in NTP.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and open NTP 
3.Tap/touch on one thumbnail such that context menu appears, again touch on other thumbnail and observe the grey highlight.

Actual: Grey highlight appears on previous thumbnail even if tap/touch on other thumbnail.

Expected: Grey highlight should not be seen on previous thumbnail, if tap/touch on other thumbnail.


This is a regression issue broken in 'M44' and below is manual regression range:
Good Build: 43.0.2357.127 
Bad Build: 44.0.2358.0

We think this is related to issue 604340. 
@vkupte: You can either try to repro the issue with the example given in issue 604340 or we wait until this is fixed and re-test then.
