Regression: Arrow pointer is seen over the hyperlink of chrome://Extensions in device mode.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2663.0 (Official Build) 5c3e3aa16e4d6f592742fff247fe2d591c170fd6-refs/heads/master@{#378159} 32/64 Bit. OS: Windows (Win 7 Aero-Enabled) Steps: 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions and delete all the extensions. 2. Right click on the web page >> click 'Inspect' >> Undock into separate window >> toggle to device mode 3. Select any device for eg. iPhone 6 >> Click on 'Developer mode' checkbox >> Click on 'Load unpacked extension...' >> Close the overlay. 4. Hover the mouse pointer over 'browse the Chrome Web Store' hyperlink and observe. Actual: Arrow pointer is seen over the hyperlink after closing the overlay. Expected: Touch pointer should be seen over the hyperlink after closing the overlay. This is a regression issue broken in M-49. Using devtools to go into iPhone6 mode on the chrome://extensions page probably doesn't make any sense. |
