Options under 'Select source' is not seen after clicking on 'Cast to' drop down in 'chrome://media-router'.

OS: All(Win-7 Aero enabled)

Precondition: Enabled 'Media Router' flag from chrome://flags

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch chrome,navigate to chrome://media-router/
2. Click on Cast to drop down and observe.

Options under select source is not seen after clicking on Cast to drop down.

This is a non regression issue,seen from 'M-46'series.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows, Mac and Linux. Changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue could get addressed.

Jennifer, is direct navigation to chrome://media-router intended or supported?  If not we should disable it.

It can be helpful for debugging and tests.  I don't think there's any way to access this directly from the browser UX, so I would be okay closing as WontFix.
